About

We’re building the boring parts of every SaaS — really well.

SaaS Infrastructure is a focused product company. Each product solves one piece of plumbing every SaaS team rebuilds. The goal is simple: be the tool you reach for, the first time, every time.

The thesis

Every SaaS founder must build the same infrastructure before their idea can make money: notifications, authentication, billing, search, file storage, audit logs. Each of these looks easy — works in a week, fails under production load, and quietly owns six months of engineering attention by year two.

The real cost isn’t the code. It’s the momentum. A founder burns weeks on a notification system, loses the thread on their actual idea, and quietly abandons it. Not because the idea was bad — because the plumbing won.

The market offers enterprise tools priced for enterprises, and open-source projects that work brilliantly until you need observability, support, or a button in the console. There’s a missing middle: production-grade, reasonably priced, genuinely complete building blocks that a founder can wire up in minutes and trust at scale.

That’s what we’re building. One focused product per quarter. One design system, one bill, one identity. Starting with Notavia — the notification service — and shipping the rest of the stack from there.

Principles

01

One company. One identity.

Every product shares the same SDK conventions, error model, webhook shape, and console patterns. Learn one — know all.

02

Free tier means free.

Not a trial. A permanent product feature. Founders ship the MVP on us; we earn revenue when they scale.

03

No "we'll get there" footnotes.

EU data residency, audit logs, suppression and unsubscribe, exportable data — day one. We don't ship products without the things production teams need.

04

Open formats, no lock-in.

OpenAPI specs, exportable data, standard webhooks. You should be able to leave if we let you down.

05

One product per quarter.

Quality over coverage. We'd rather have four products you love than twelve you tolerate.

06

Honest about what we are.

A small, focused company building serious infrastructure. We publish a real status page, and we would rather say what is not ready than imply it is.

Founded 2026 · Wyoming, United States

SaaS Infrastructure was founded in 2026. We’re a solo-founded company operated as a company from day one, with the intention of growing deliberately as the product portfolio expands. The first building block, Notavia, is live in production. More follow.
