Service Provider

Notavia, part of the SaaS Infrastructure suite, is operated by:

Tessora LLC Incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Registered office and mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 US.

This is our registered office in Wyoming and the address authorised for public business and legal correspondence, including formal service. It is a registered-agent address — post reaches us there, but it is not a staffed office and nobody is present at it. For anything that is not formal service, email is faster and is the route we would rather you used.

Contact

We do not operate a telephone support line. There is no number to publish here, and we would rather say so than list one that nobody answers.

Representatives in the EU and the UK

Tessora LLC has not appointed a representative in the European Union and has not appointed a representative in the United Kingdom under Article 27 of the GDPR or the UK GDPR. No appointment is underway, and we do not treat an intention to appoint one as satisfying an obligation to have one.

There is no representative to route a request to. Please write to us directly at support@saas-infrastructure.com, or by post to the address above. That direct route is what we have; it does not replace a representative where applicable law requires one.

Sales and Billing

All subscription sales are made through Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller and merchant for those transactions, collects payment, issues invoices, and remits applicable taxes. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

Hosting

The Notavia application and its primary data stores are hosted in Germany (European Union). Certain subprocessors used for message delivery operate outside that location. We do not claim here that every one of those routes is covered by an executed safeguard — our Subprocessor List records, vendor by vendor, what is verified and what is not, and the Data Transfer Addendum sets out the transfer package and its open conditions.

Responsibility for Content

Tessora LLC is responsible for the content of its own websites and product surfaces. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to. If you believe any content on our surfaces is unlawful or infringing, please contact support@saas-infrastructure.com and we will review it promptly.
