- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — Starter, Growth, and Pro include a 14-day free trial (card required). Scale is buy-only. Free is free forever at 1,000 sends/month. Managed EU email sending activates when the trial converts — during the trial you send through your own provider, which protects the shared sending reputation every managed customer depends on.
- Who handles tax and invoicing?
- Paddle is our Merchant of Record. They collect and remit VAT/sales tax and issue invoices, so you get clean, compliant billing everywhere.
